On behalf of a well-established public hospital in Trøndelag, we are looking for a versatile and experienced ophthalmologist for a 100% permanent position
The person we are looking for has the patient in focus during the consultation and sees the value of great communication. The clinic performs a significant number of consultations annually with focus on both corneal and retinal diseases, in addition to having an orthoptist available. On the surgical side, intravitreal injections and cataract surgeries are also a commonality at the clinic. There is a strong interdisciplinary environment with various nurses and medical specialists.
Qualifications:
You are a specialist in ophthalmology.
You have your medical license and specialist approval from an EU country.
You have good work capacity and the ability to see solutions and opportunities.
You are skilled within your subject, have good communication skills and see the benefit of developing good patient meetings.
You have expertise in eyelid surgery and cataract surgery.
